Swimming

We currently offer one coached swimming session a week based at Ashbourne Leisure Centre swimming pool. This one hour session is on Tuesday’s between 21:00 and 22:00. The session costs £8 to cover pool hire and coaching. If you want a chat you will find us in the Smiths Tavern after swimming.

We do ask that you are able to swim at least 4 consecutive lengths of front crawl before you join us.
